Please note:
The Alaska Board of Fisheries has deemed invasive species a significant
potential threat to Alaska's aquatic ecosystems. Effective January 1,
2012, felt-soled waders and wading boots will no longer be legal
footwear when fishing in Alaska's fresh waters. |

News from Alaska...we've been keeping an eye on Redoubt Volcano, which is
about 160 miles NE from the lodge, since January there has been activity indicative of a
possible eruption, however on Mar 10 the color code was downgraded from
orange to yellow. |
